Because Team S&M is about giving, I have some fancy insider information for
you all.

"The snow is melting and the remainder is being removed by the trail care
crew. The weather is providing some magic. It will be snowing or raining at
Government Camp and it is sunny (or at least dry) at Bear Springs for the
course maintenance. This year's course will be slightly shorter for Pro/Cat
1. The section to the top of Rim Rock is not working into the overall
design this year. Racers will exit after the first half of the gravel road.
We think that will make the tired riders happy and will shorten the course
by about 3.5 miles."

Actually, looks like a break down in communication in regards to the flyer getting posted. Our awesome webmaster was waiting for info and our awesome race promoter was in Alaska....

Here is last year's flyer. It will be pretty much the same except for the

This is a great course and Petr Kakes does a great job. A couple people
already responded saying that snow is being cleared from the course.
