Direct drive, amazing feel, loud, a number of years old but pretty low mileage. These are no longer made as Lemond moved into the stationary bike market, and it doesn't have the bells and whistles of new smart trainers (no power), but the ride feel is amazing and will easily beat out any rear wheel trainers you have. No drag, you can coast without losing momentum, feels like a real ride. Great for cyclocross. Cassette not included.
