Tony Batcheller at Tonic Fabrication can machine the 11spd cassette to fit on 10spd freehub body, or re-machine the freehub body to allow all 11 cogs to fit. Worked for me.

Or you can get the new Ultegra 11-34 11 spd that fits 10 spd hubs, like the
mtb cassettes do.

+1 for the EDCO solution. The cassettes aren't cheap, but neither are Dura
Ace 11, and EDCOs are lighter. I'm running 11 on my Chris King Classic hubs
with the EDCO.
