The great folks at Urban Farming Guys in KCMO want to add cycling to their list of after school programming.They have a shipping container like the one the Portland Velodrome Committee has out at the track. Now we want to help fill it with bikes and equipment to facilitate a "bicycle library" so kids can check out a bike and ride with mentors in the KCMO area. We already have tons of stuff, and plan to deliver it soon.
Let's show them some Oregon coolness, and support their effort with your old equipment of all sorts. From the camera on the helmet to the bootie on the shoe. Kids bikes are really important, but any bike donation is great.We are also looking for talented minds like yours to innovate and create success in this national collaboration.
