Let's ride! Get those CX skills going! Come have fun! Join myself and Wenzel Coach Andrew Coe for one of the two 2.5 hour sessions, the morning is Intermediate/Advanced and the afternoon is for Beginners/Intermediates, first timers welcome. We'll cover mounts and dismounts, cornering and other technical bike handling skills, starts, race strategy and much more.

The venue will also be open for riding all day, free for participants and kids of all ages, just $5 per person over 12 if not a participant. Day of signup only. Bring a picnic and your friends! Come explore the trails that link to the Banks-Vernonia trail or ride to Stub Stewart for another adventure, or just enjoy the beautiful setting!

Cross is coming! Registration is open! Sunday, August 6, 2017. Now you have a weekend option to get a head start on your skills. Join myself and Coach Andrew Coe for cyclocross skills, drills and some thrills at Vernonia Springs. We have two sessions on Sunday, the morning is more advanced and the afternoon is beginner to intermediate. First timers welcome!

PLUS the trails will be open all day for practice, free if you participate in one of the sessions, $10 if you don't to cover parking and insurance. Bring the family and kids, and a picnic lunch, and enjoy the beautiful Vernonia Springs setting.

This will be held rain or shine! It's cross, after all.
