T. Kenji Sugahara

With the hard work of a number of folks, we have been able to secure a race
for the OBRA Road Race Championships. Clint Culpepper has been gracious
enough to host the 2017 Road Championships at the North Plains Elephant
Garlic Circuit Race on August 12. While the timing is not ideal with the
overlap with the Elite Track Championships, we felt that it was important
enough to give the members a road race championships.

On another note, because of some issues with the format of the Ashland
Hillclimb and categories, we have removed it from the TT Cup. Our
apologies for any inconvenience.
