Major Correction/Game Changer:
We've just been told that OBRA does not hold to the distance requirements if the field size is met. Thus, the MPHCRR has just become a legitimate road race with a 12 mile summit finish. Road upgrade points apply to this event IF field sizes are met. Please pre-reg now! This is why we race bikes.
Warning: In subsequent years, we can very easily turn this into a 90 mile course with a summit finish. Let that soak in for a second...
