Good question Michael! And the answer is because of university policy. Unfortunately OSU would only allow us to use their own system for registration. As much as I would have preferred to use OBRA's registration I am obliged to adhere to the rules of the university. Please let me know if you have any questions about the site. I know it's confusing.
