Bought these with the intention of using on my bike, but they just hang the panniers too low for a mountain bike. Used one time before being removed. I don't know when/if I'll use them again so they need to go. MSRP is $110 and I'm hoping to get $70 for them to get a different rack system. I think that's a fair price for practically no use. I'll be at PIR this week and can bring them then, or meet some other time. Located in Wilsonville.
