Velocity Major Tom 700c tubular wheel set. Black hubs/spokes/rims.
Rim brake only. Wheels are true and round with smooth bearings.
The front rim does have a small bump/hop in the brake track.
They are definitely rideable, would be an ok back up set of wheels, or good for someone who mainly just needs a rear wheel.
Priced accordingly. $75/set
