My fall Indoor Cycling Class starts Oct 17th. More info at:

This will be my 15th year of having this class! The class has evolved over
the years to what it is today: a fun mix of off-the-bike work with lots
pedaling drills and intervals. I love that we always get a great mix of
riders.
