All....
This course is amazing fun and a real challenge....especially in these
conditions. A smart move for your personal enjoyment. The tales you will
be able to spin to the youngsters about doing two tough courses (Heron Lakes
on Sunday will be epic) in one weekend will just affirm that you are a true
"Cyclocross Legend". See ya out there folks.

Subject: [OBRA Chat] Win Bread For A Year at Canby + MOVIE preview + Updates

Hey OBRA,

MOVIE PREVIEW:
https://vimeo.com/239118764

Happy Friday! We made it. Today is the last day to Pre-Register for $25. By
the pre-register count, we are set to have strong racing fields tomorrow.
Get ready for some CLASSIC PNW conditions. If youre on the fence because of
that other bigger race on Sunday maybe the weather too ;) its only 30min
to Pats Acres, theres a chill atmosphere, plenty of cleaning stations, and
a lot of great prizes on offer: win bread for a year. Also, the course is
super fun and different than any other course youre bound to race this
year.

Couple things. First of all, I want to thank all of the crew we have out at
Pats Acres setting up whats bound to be one of the best courses weve EVER
had at Canby.

Secondly, our head promotions officer, Laura Schmitt, has gotten some
amazing prizes this year. For instance, a few of yall are going to win
BREAD FOR A YEAR courtesy of Grand Central! Also, well have Neutral Support
courtesy of Tuite Bicycle Repair. Pearl Izumi has donated a number of cold
weather gear items thatll be up for grab, GU Energy Labs will be on site
doling out product and possibly recovery margaritas Oh, and well have a
good amount of beer on hand for when you finish. Speaking of, if youve
pre-registered, and are over the age of 21, be sure to stop by the
registration tent in the morning to pick up your beer tickets.

Finally, I think I speak for everyone (Randy, Laura, and all of our
volunteers) when I say: thank you for supporting our race over the years.
Each years different and better in its own way. Cant wait to see you
tomorrow!!

-Patrick
