Race #5 kicks off Halloween Cyclocross Crusade weekend in beautiful Bend, Oregon!
The theme for the weekend is COSTUMES...a Cyclocross Crusade Tradition! The official costume race is Sunday, but costumes on Saturday are welcome, too!
Costume judging will take place on Sunday at Crusade Race #6. Prizes for best individual & team costumes.
Note: a Borat suit or tutu is not a costume! Don���t come in last year's costume - you will win only heckles! And keep it PG please...
Junior Cyclocross Series
Deschutes Brewery Day 1 (Race #5) is the fifth race in the OBRA Junior Cyclocross Series.

Crusade XC
The final running race of the Crusade XC series will take place at 4:30 on Saturday. Costumes encouraged!!!
Pre-registration is available on Friday between 3:00 - 5:00pm in the white building next to Les Schwab Amphitheater

At 5:00 on Saturday, we are hosting a special race for Oregon Adaptive Sports!
Adaptive cycles will race the CX course! Please stick around to cheer them on!
It is going to be a really, really fun weekend, you won't want to miss it!
And to help ensure your weekend goes smoothly, we want to share some important info with you:
1) Pre-registration will be on-site at the race course on Friday between 3:00 - 5:00 pm in the white building next to Les Schwab Amphitheater
(if this is your first race, and you don't have a race number - you will be issued a race number when you register). Registration will also be available day of race.
2) Course preview and team tent set-up on Friday between 4:00 - 6:00pm
(Only sponsors are allowed to set-up tents early). If you are not a sponsor, do not set-up your tent before 4pm
Be sure to stake & weight tents down!
3) Due to overnight freezing temperatures, the water has been shut off and there will not be a bike wash available at the race course.

4) If you bought a season pass, your special Limited Edition Cyclocross Crusade T-shirt is ready for pick-up!
Come to the Cyclocross Crusade tent located next to the podium. Have you seen the Cyclocross Crusade Limited Edition HiFi Cycling custom Mix Tape Disc wheel sets?!
If not, stop by the Crusade tent and check them out!
5) Deschutes Brewery is throwing a HUGE party at their warehouse Saturday night! It benefits Oregon Adaptive Sports.

6) Parking: There are new parking signs along the roads (SW Shevlin Hixon Drive / SW Columbia Street), and there is ADA parking only on one side of the road. Violators will be towed.
Also, please obey all "no parking" signs, even while unloading. It's really important we help keep the Fire Lanes clear. Thank you for helping us keep the venue safe and accessible for everyone!

Call-ups are only valid for the category in which they were earned.
