I can't decide which one to keep so I'll let you choose one. Both are 26"
wheeled Santa Cruz frames. They are nearly identical geometry, both
low-maintenacne single pivot, size Medium. The Superlight is probably about
5 pounds lighter, but I'm guessing the Heckler is only 30 pounds-ish.
1. Go light with this well maintained but dated Santa Cruz Superlight 2001,
4" travel, Fox RC3 air shock
- XTR Hyro brakes
- Fox Float RL 100mm fork
- Thompson setback post, salsa quick release clamp
- Mavic 317 rims on XTR hubs
- Carbon Easton Monkey bars, ~64cm span
- Deore crank with 34/24 and bash guard*
- 11-32 9 sp cassette
- XT short span rear derailleur
