We had a loyal group of riders from John's team and others. Shout out to the Corvallis crew that made the weekly trip! And if you think it's impossible to lap Alpenrose without a tire ever leaving the black line, you need to come out and watch Andi Smith. She put on a weekly demonstration. This year will be even better. Not only are we now experts at running the timing equipment, we have; 1) new organizational help coming from the PVC, 2) a greater emphasis on juniors, 3) Potential for beginner friendly omnium racing, and 4) collaboration with both Wednesday night track class and outreach to junior teams to funnel new racers to this series.

Hello all,

There will absolutely be beginner friendly Tuesday Night racing at the
track this year. We had great fun last year with our scrappy little crew
putting on the time trials and pursuits series. We had a loyal group of
riders from John's team and others. Shout out to the Corvallis crew that
made the weekly trip! And if you think it's impossible to lap Alpenrose
without a tire ever leaving the black line, you need to come out and watch
Andi Smith. She put on a weekly demonstration. This year will be even
better. Not only are we now experts at running the timing equipment, we
have; 1) new organizational help coming from the PVC, 2) a greater emphasis
on juniors, 3) Potential for beginner friendly omnium racing, and 4)
collaboration with both Wednesday night track class and outreach to junior
teams to funnel new racers to this series.

This is all really new information, so I apologize for not getting it out
there sooner for folks.

Stay tuned for more details!
