I really struggled to find a Provident PT that had any sports expertise. Talking to several ortho dr's, the only places they recommended was their facility downtown @ PGE park and provident st vincent. I went to both and neither really had a cycling focused PT but the PGE park location works with a lot of athletes (timbers players, nike runners etc) and was about as good as I could find.
