Thanks Spencer. This is a chance to "vote" with the ability to add comment
to ballot. Riders and racers........flood them with positivity about the
environmental common sense riding "here" makes.

Portland Area Mountain Bikers! Now is the time act. The Portland Parks
board will decide our fate and your written comments are required by 1pm
3/23/18! At the upcoming PPR meeting on 4/3/18, various advocates and
anti-advocates will chair panels for the Parks Board. Do not lose hope.
Although the anti's will have a panel and their cherry picked descriptive
studies, we have a plethora of accredited scientific evidence to refute
them. Also of note, the Mayor is in support of the plan. It is imperative
that you make your voices heard via written comment by 1pm 3/23/18.
Example:
"To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my support for the Portland Off Road Cycling Master
Plan and its implementation. The plan is robust and includes best
practices for safety, environmental conservation, and trail design. I look
forward to the day when I can ride from my house with my friends and family
to a trail in town and experience nature. Various other municipalities
provide multiple use trails in parks and natural areas with remarkable
success in both user safety and in environmental conservation. Please help
make that reality in Portland, for all Portlanders.
Thank you"
Please forward your short (no more than 5 pages) comment to the Parks Board,
City Councilors, and to the NWTA by 1pm 3/23/18
