PDX Off-road Master Plan

Thanks for reminder Erik,
All of that energy about payout...(use some positive stuff) to tell the
parks board and elected officials why we need to be able to ride trail from
Newberry road to Lake Oswego where they are developing trails. Or from NE
Portland down through SE and over into Riverview on mostly natural surface
trail. Make our Parks Department put $ into the infrastructure for healthy
activity for all the population that is not based on Soccer, Basketball,
Base or Softball, or even Bird watching in Forest Park. If you let the
negatives speak with louder voices then you get nothing to ride.

Subject: [OBRA Chat] PDX Off-road Master Plan

APRIL 3 PARKS BOARD HEARING ON THE DRAFT MASTER PLAN
The Portland Parks Board will hear comments from invited panels on Forest
Park and Riverview areas; seeks comments on other areas of Portland.

Make your voice heard. Don't let the vocal few who hate mountain bikes get
the upper hand. Participate in person or email the planners and let them
know the off road cycling community matters and deserves access to single
track within the city limits.

Meeting information here:

Or email the planner:
Hailee.Vandiver@portlandoregon.gov.
