For those of you who live in/near Corvallis and are looking for something to do this coming Sunday, why not help kids get on bikes by volunteering at the 8th Annual Corvallis Spring Roll! Or, if you have kids who like bikes, come join our event!

Corvallis Spring Roll is a community bike and trike ride and cycle fair just for kids. Were much more than a ride around town! On event day, kids ages 12 and younger have the opportunity to participate in active, bike-centric stations in the cycle fair, ride the long loop or short loop course for up to an hour, and listen to a bike safety instructor before we hand out prizes. Local organizations in our cycle fair host a Bike Skills and Safety station, an Off-Road Skills Station, Trick Out Your Bike station, Ask-A-Wrench and a Bike Swap, do bike helmet safety checks, give away (and sell) bike helmets and more! The road ride emphasizes participation and effort, rather than in what place a rider finishes.

VOLUNTEER: We are in need of off-road course spotters, food aid volunteers, course lap counters, course ambassadors, and more! Sign up here to volunteer: http://signup.com/go/dSSwkgQ

EVENT REGISTRATION; To register your child: Online registration for Corvallis Spring Roll is now closed BUT you may still register the day of the event. Registration and check-in begin at 10 am, Sunday, May 20th at Cloverland Park in Corvallis. The ride begins at 11 am. See our website for more details on event day activities.

BIKE SWAP: Ride a bike, give a bike, get a bike at the swap: if you have an extra or outgrown children's bike, consider bringing it to the kids' bike swap at Corvallis Spring Roll. Any working children's bike may be exchanged for another working children's bike at no cost.
