Tuesday PIR - August week one. Gonna be toasty. Plus reminders on warming up on track.

Good thing we had a few weeks to acclimate, because it is gonna be a hot
one tomorrow. We'll have some ice water available for you to help keep you
cool before and during the race.

>From the bummer status department, we had multiple reports that cyclists
were riding uncomfortably close to the handcyclists on the track during
warm last week and were less than cool when approached about it. Remember
that uncomfortably close for someone that races arm to arm with 40 others
in a fast riding field is different from someone who is out on the track
for the first time. The handcyclists rent the track from 5-6pm and allow us
to warm up during that time. Please give them ample room during warm up
time. If you see anyone being uncool, please let us know. Next time it
comes up we'll no longer be able to warm up on track at the same time.

On a much more positive note, here are the final results for last month!

We’re excited to welcome Nossa Familia as our newest sponsor. Nossa Familia

avid cyclist has always been a strong supporter of cycling and donates
proceeds of every Full Cycle bag sold to The Street Trust and Community
Cycling Center.

Castelli is providing the winners of the series with jerseys for each month
of racing. This year's design will look as good as the others and will be
yours for the taking. Castelli has been a long time supporter of this
series and we appreciate all they do this race and the OBRA community.

10 Barrel Brewing Co will be offering gift certificates 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
