Clearing out my basement gym and selling my back/ab machine. It originally
had a weighted swing arm for doing resisted sit-ups, but the arm stripped
off and I no longer have it. You can still do sit-ups on it, but it works
best for back work.
Commercial gym quality. Very solid. Works great with bands or free weights
for resistance.
