Hello Everyone
My name is Randy Dreiling. I am one of the point people for the Mt. =
Bike series.
The reason the plates have not been sent out yet is my fault kinda. I =
have been working hard on get sponsorships and many companies could not =
give us a answer until the end of this month. The upper level sponsors =
are featured on the plates.
Our goal is to put on the best series possible. So far we have received =
over$ 9,000
in cash for the series, plus products. The series had only $2000 last =
year and very few series sponsors. That $ 9, 000 does not not include =
all the cash and prizes that each race will give away.=20
We have figured that will all the series money and prizes along with =
all the cash and prizes that will be given at each race the total should =
be well over $ 50,000 maybe closer to $ 75,000 when it is all said and =
done.
With that $9,000 plus we will be able to give away trophies and cash to =
the top three overall series finishers in each class. You will need to =
race 11 out of 21races for the Cross Country overall or 6 out of 12 =
races for the Downhill overall.
We are also setting aside a dollar a rider at every race to help built =
up the overall cash purse. As I said all the overall top three series =
riders(Beg, Sport, Pro/Exp) will get a trophy and some cash.
Am sorry for the delay on getting your plates out, but I hope can see it =
is worth it
