I have been riding a Trek mountain bike for the past 3 years and I really
need to upgrade. I ride probably less then 50 miles a week with the
occasional triathlon and fun 62 mile metric century. I am looking for a
road bike and need a 62 plus (I am 6'4) and have a budget around $500. It
doesn't need to be perfect and I can upgrade stuff later on too. I am
relatively new to learning about this stuff so any help would be
appreciated...

less). I'm guessing she needs about a 52-54 cm, she wants shimano

components, preferably 9 speed and maybe a triple on the front. If anyone
