Candi,
I think the debt follows the promoter, any organization must have a "the
buck stops here person".
Squables with sponsors, vendors, paricipants etc. It all falls on the
promoter.
Race venue or name has nothing to do with a particular event.
It sure would be a shame to ban a promoter but I would surely hope something
could be worked out thru arbitration, outside of this forum...
