I suggest that if you see the bike, throw a lock on it until the police
arrive.
Good luck Brigette. I'll be keeping my eyes out for it.

Hello everyone, I just got news that the loser that stole my Serotta cyclocross bike from the MAX 9/19 still has it and is riding it around SE Hawthorne! He banks at Wells Fargo on 38th/Hawthorne! Matthew Klahn (a fellow cyclocrosser) saw him and inconspicously took his picture. I should be able to track down his name from the ATM transaction because Matthew took the picture at exactly 5:37pm. I've seen the picture and I'm positive it is the same guy who stole it! He has no idea how many of US there are! He's a 6" overweight pudgy fuck with light brown /red hair, navy/black hooded sweatshirt, wears some kind of a backpack. If you live in the SE area please scope it out whenever you are around and if you email me, I can send you the picture of him. Go to bikeportland.org for a better picture of my bike so you can spot it. Here is another description of my bike: Satin Ti frame with black/red decals, Stella Azzurra carbon fork, Mavic mismatched wheels (cosmo front, Kysr
ium rear), Ultegra 10spd components, Paul "Neo Retro" touring brake calipers, Shimano 959 pedals, WTB silver/black saddle, Deda bars/tape, Ritchey WCS stem, seatpost. It says "prototype" in red on the top tube which would be a dead giveaway that it is MINE! The serial # is CSP 541. If you see him on my bike, call the police ASAP and follow him inconspicously. DO NOT ALERT the thief that you know he's on a stolen bike if you cannot without a doubt take the bike from him, as in with a baseball bat or 3-4 burly people to back you up... I do not want him to quickly get rid of the bike before the cops catch up with him. I'm sooo close... Cyclists UNITE! Call me at 503-348-8881 with any updates.
