I have a financial summary that I could send to anyone that is interested.
We were able to purchase the new truck last year for cash. that took most of
our reserve. We need to purchase some new signs, asap and do not have a
capital expenditure fund for these.

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question but, since Ron is
begging (albeit jokingly).....is OBRA in under-funded? I realize more money
is better than less money, but is there any risk of failure due to finances?
I don't want to give up my expensive components unless OBRA is on the verge
of collapse (also joking).

How many members are you expecting to renew or in
other words are we tracking to make the $30,000 goal?
It seems the average contribution is just over $14.50.

Hey Folks,

Quick update for y'all. First off - congrats to our OBRA members who
performed quite well at CCX Natz. We're all proud of you.

Second, 372 of you have renewed thus far with donations of about
$5,400. We're slowly making our way to our goal of $30K. Thank you
ALL for donating. Please renew today! (Makes it easier for Candi and
I to get things ready for you on time)

Third, the list of folks who will receive BAR awards at our annual
meeting on January 12th will be announced shortly.

Fourth, I am looking for women volunteers in Portland, Salem, Eugene,
Southern Oregon and Bend to serve as volunteer women's coordinators.
These individuals would serve as information resources for women
interested in bike racing. (Would likely involve answering simple
questions- e.g. are there any clinics in the area etc.) We are
looking for Cat 3's and above with at least 3 years of racing
experience.

Finally, would anyone be interested in creating a video for the annual
meeting? Contact me off list.

Thanks so much!
