Lot's of excellent coach led work-outs for cyclists by professional coaches
(Tedder, BRIHOP, Upper Echelon, Ironheads, etc), and an excellent training
facility with rollers, trainers, SuperTrainer cycling treadmill, etc, and
also strength and conditioning facilities. Not necessarily open 24-7, but
pretty close. Email myself, Tedder, Abers, or any of the other coaches for
more info.

Commute over with your rain jacket and then do
your work-out, and ride home. Best option until someone builds the indoor
velodrome.
