I am going to tuck the velodrome away for the winter tomorrow. All the
sponsor signs need to come down and get stored away. Most of the equipment
in the pill box and registration building needs to be moved to secure, dry
storage. If we have a few people we should be able to get this all done in
a short time. If I have to tote all the stuff myself it will take forever.
If you are available I would appreciate the help. Tomorrow, 10/21 noon
until everything is put away. Thanks in advance.

The last track race for 2010 will be tomorrow, Thursday. There will be
Madison racing only. Weather looks like it will be good so come on down for
a low pressure Madison session.

The first of the Cross Crusade series will be at Alpenrose on Sunday 10/3.
Expect lots of people and mud.

The following day Monday 10/4 we will be closing the velodrome up and
preparing for winter. All the sponsor signs will need to come down and get
stored. Items in the pill box and registration/concessions building need to
be moved to more weather proof and dry locations. Basically there will need
to be a bunch of toting and lifting.

We will start at 12:00 noon. If we get a bunch of people this should go
pretty quickly, maybe an hour or so. If it is just me and Candi it could
take several days so I appreciate anyone who could come out and help.
