Like the subject says I'm looking to join a team...but I don't know anything about teams. I'm pretty new to racing but have been riding (mountain, road, tri, etc) for years and years. I raced a handful of times last year and want to race as much as I can this year and thought it would be fun to join a team. What are the requirements? Who should I talk to? If anyone can help me out or point me to a team that might want a new member I'd appreciate it.

I am a runner turned triathlete involved with PDX Tri Club and am looking to get more involved with early season cycling road races and cross season through a team.

I did decently last year as a beginner cross racer and will race with C's this season...on the road side, I have no idea.
