Thursday night cross clinic. $25/person. Learn the fundamentals of getting
on and off your bike, special drills and exercises for cyclocross. Limit 10
per class. This way you get the attention you deserve. Ask some of the
people that attended last years Cross Academy. Mt tabor area with a great
venue, athletic field grass, bathrooms, pavement, and a big run up! The
