I will personally vouch for how valuable this is! I used some of the skills I learned at the Lumberyard Women's Clinic at Short Track on Monday and the difference was noticeable. There was a nasty kicker on the course that had the ambulance busy, so I just used my SWEET rainbow arms and it was easy sailing. What are rainbow arms you ask?
