I just bought this bike yesterday afternoon as a Mother's Day present for my wife. Woke up this morning to a cut lock and no bike. It is a 2013 Globe (Specialized) Daily 3 Step Through. Every thing is silver (bike, fenders, rack). Brown seat and handle bar grips. Has an 8 speed internal hub and literally is brand new.
Police case number is 1338275.
