Without going into too much detail, let's just say I was in a spot of
bother on I-84 this past Sunday and Charles bailed me out in a big way.
The scenario involves a long solo ride, a broken quick-fill adapter, lack
of back-up pumpage and a double flat. My only option was to flag down
support. After 20 mins standing in the rain with my thumb out Charles
happens by. He very enthusiastically gave me everything I needed and more
to get rolling again. For that, I am very thankful and will repay in kind
next time I see a cyclist in need.
