There is a bike locked up next to my house in NW Portland that I believe is stolen - help me find the rightful owner. It's a Specialized Dolce Elite, 48cm, with Shimano Tiagra components, a bike computer, and rear light. There is also a red helmet locked to the bike. If anyone is missing this bike, please contact me off list for photos (it is locked to a bike post, currently). Also, it was purchased from River City (per the sticker on the down tube). I'll give it a day and then call the PPB to report the bike and see if it matches anything in their records. Thanks.
