Hoooboy... let the smack-down start...

Many of us who live in Vancouver and race in OBRA because the nearest WA race is up North at Mason Lake.

Otherwise we are looking at making long drives to race 'in state'. As long as I have been a member (going on 15 years now), OBRA has never excluded based on state of residence, nor should they. If a OBRA member lives in Washington... or Idaho... or California and takes advantage of what promoters have to offer, then they should be eligible to win OBRA Championships.
