As all good ideas in theory, a management nightmare. I nominate Greg to be in charge of managing it. Make sure you monitor all the race the results daily to see who has enough races to qualify and be there with your list of eligible riders at every state championship. After all, medals are presented at the race and not a month later. ;-)
