The officials can change laps and hot spots on a moments notice. Sorry that
this stinks. There was a missed hotspot that we made up in the 4 field and
we had to add a lap for the 1/2/3. This really made it confusing to some
but Candi and Lisa yelled to the field that there was an extra lap. I know
it's hard but it is the rider's responsibility to look at the lap board and
pay attention to the officials. Especially when you see them leaning over
the barrier yelling "2 to go" and waving thier hands.

Just because I say you have 18 laps and 3 hot spots at the start doesn't
mean it's true..you could do more or less laps and the same goes for hot
spots. We try to keep it fair to all.

BTW, if you don't hear a bell, the hot spot or finish don't exist for that
lap. The bell rules.
