I'll second both of those. Tried Sport Legs out of curiosity with a heavy
dose of skepticism. After several uses in early season where I was cramping
frequently, I'm sold. Ditto on Hammer products, though I'm a big Accelerade
fan. It's the only sport drink I've found that doesn't make the stomach
turn during a hard ride. Quite the opposite.
