I disagree, giving anyone unrealistic information isn't beneficial. While I am thankful for the exposure for our sport giving misguided information is a step in the wrong direction.
The idea is letting people realize their greatest potential, power and comfort. That's true if they are recreational, serious group riders or racers. The amount of difference between such fits is millimeters.
I would give a free fit to the rider in that article simply as a demonstration of the differences proper fit can make. If anyone knows who he is please let me know
