I would encourage anyone who witnessed the actual accident or the
confrontation with the Deschutes County Sheriff's dept. to take some
notes now and write everything down before memory fades. It doesn't
hurt to date it also.

Any information anyone has regarding the actual accident , what
happened after, or any harassment by law enforcement should be
documented as much as possible.

If you have information regarding the accident that was overlooked or
dismissed by law enforcement, contact the owner of Hutch's and give
him your information and support. Any information about anti-cyclist
bias on the part of law enforcement will be useful as well, should
they look for a way to blame cyclists or Hutch's.

Hutch's Bicycles in Bend has a long history of being involved in the
community and organizing popular and safe events and they deserve our
support.
