2009 was our first year at this fantastic venue. After some of the comments
that were made on the Crusade forum, some changes have been made. The land
owners have tilled and rolled much of the course. Making it much less bumpy
(funner). New sections have been added and less desireable (shitty)
sections from last year have been omitted.

Also, all the beer primes from the first three races will be there. We will
be distributing the beer primes from the first races of the series as well
as pouring Deschutes Mirror Pond from the Cross Crusade Gear tent all
afternoon. At what cost? Charm and good will toward mankind.

This will be the first Cross Crusade Race I have ever missed. Jon Myers,
Rick Potestio, Andy Wilson, Doug Moak, Rich Slingsby, and Tony Kic will make
sure it's an event to be remembered. I wish I could be there. Have fun and
race fast.
