We're staying at some place called Pronghorn Ranch just southeast of
Redmond, OR this weekend. Hoping to get in a quick 2-ish hours.

Anyone got a nice loop they can send me that might include Smith Rock,
Powell Butte or something like that? Or at least some recommended roads to
use and/or avoid in those areas? Hills, flats, whatever.
