You will truly reap the whirlwind of "get what you pay for" if you go with
someone that doesn't know carbon fiber. There are a few local options-
Ruckus knows carbon and paint, Coat does amazing work that will put you
into a second mortgage, and Color Works Painting in Eugene does all my
painting (as well as Argonaut, Breadwinner, English....)
Depending on what you're looking for, expect to start a quality paint job
(think single color, fork matched, choice of clear-coat sheen) at around
$450.
