I built up an inexpensive cross bike last year with a Scattante frame and some other parts I had in the garage. I rode it down the street and that's about it. It's a 51cm Scattante XRL aluminum frame with carbon fork.Single speed currently but could be used with gears. 51cm. It'd work great as a bike for a junior or someone looking to try cx for the first time. $150 for it.
