Can anyone tell me something about the Cat 3 course for the Bear Springs Trap XC race? Specifically, I'm wondering about how technical it is and what the descents are like.

I'm still bleeding from a crash at Cascade Locks and near as I can tell that course was pretty tame (at least until the rain started), but I'm trying to force myself to develop some bike handling skills. I just don't want to get in over my head because I don't heal as well as I used to.
