Posting for a friend whose old bicycle was stolen.

He is entitled to the replacement value of a new equivalent to his old bike. The insurance company will replace it with a 2014 Trek Madone 4.7 C. Fortunately for you, he needs the cash more than he needs the bike so he intends to sell it at a discount as soon as he can after purchasing it.
