The countdown has begun. Officially five full days until the Marys Peak Hill Climb TT v. 2014. We can feel the excitement growing and the suspense building. It's an hour commitment, less or more for some. Regardless of your time, it's a challenge you will likely never forget.

Is it painful? Yes, at times. With the company of hundreds, the motivation and determination shields the body from the effort. It's a reasonable goal. To reach the top of the summit as quickly as possible - or finish regardless of time.

You can do it. You've trained, you're prepared, you're ready to test your legs, your lungs and your mind as you wind silently through the coast range to its upper most peak.
