Hello everyone,
Below is the final call-up list for tonight's 2nd race of the Portland Short Track Series, with the 240+ racers who purchased a series pass.
- We will start doing call-ups about 15' before the start of each race heat, in the order the categories are listed below.
- Today is the last day to get your name added to the call-up list (starting next week and throughout the rest of the series) by purchasing a discounted series pass ($120 adults / $50 juniors).
- Please make sure to bring your race plates and line up with the correct category (all racers around you should have plates that start with the same digit).
- If you are a series pass holder or are pre-registered for tonight's race, you don't have to check in at registration (unless you are changing categories, need a new plate and/or need to purchase an OBRA license).
Finally, another reminder to make sure to attach your race plate with 3 (three!) pipe-cleaners or zip-ties AND position your plate in front of your brake and shifter cables. This greatly helps improve the readability of your plate for our lap counters - who already have to deal with the glare of the sun and racers who come flying by in packs at fast speed - and the speed at which they get the final results figured out.
