Early season strength for cyclists class in NW Portland

Hey friends,

I am leading a strength class to help balance weaknesses, improve power and
core strength to help support early season training and overall cycling
fitness. The goal of this series of classes is to have a functional
strength program to send you into the 2015 racing year strong. Improving
joint stability, core and strength in classically weak muscle groups
experienced by cyclists, and overall fitness.

This class series has been created with in mind those who have done a full
cross season and are transitioning to road or mountain season for 2015 or
anyone looking to add in some cross training into their training routine,
while receiving instruction and varied routines to make it through the
winter and still enjoy training while also making solid improvements.

The class is Tuesday & Thursdays, from 6-7pm. You need shorts, T shirt, and
shoes that will provide good stability for strength, balance and agility
work.

Located just off downtown, at 625 NW 17th ave, so fairly convenient for
anyone working near the downtown area to swing by after work.
