I'm about a mile or so from my neighborhood grocery store and hoping to
find a suitable rig set up with panniers front & rear (or capable of it) so
that I can spin to it and back with supplies.

Also, I'm cheap so thinking along the lines of a Redline Monocog or similar.

I'd probably be looking for a medium to medium-large sized frame.
